AS Structures Ltd is a specialist structural engineering consultancy working with local authorities and housing providers across London. We deliver expert structural advice with the responsiveness and direct senior involvement that larger firms cannot match.
Every instruction is handled personally by an experienced engineer — from the initial site inspection through to the final report or construction drawing. Our team mobilises quickly, investigates thoroughly, and provides advice that is technically robust, clearly communicated, and practically actionable.
We work across the full structural engineering lifecycle: from initial inspections and defect investigations, through ground and structural investigations, to the design of complex remedial solutions including piled foundations and underpinning. Our clients include the London Borough of Newham, where we have supported their housing investment programme across multiple projects involving inspection, investigation, and remedial structural design.
We use industry-standard software including Tekla Structural Designer and Tekla Tedds, and design to Eurocode standards. Our work is produced to a professional standard suitable for planning, building control, contractor procurement, and legal purposes.
